I'm Monika Neall, an impact consultant who specialises in helping organisations and individuals move from being busy to being productive. With extensive experience across sectors, I bring a unique combination of strategic thinking, practical implementation, and governance expertise to every engagement.

With a background in arts education and outreach, charity management, development and fundraising, and many years in charity governance and school governance, my impact practice is founded on years of hands-on experience.
